Sometimes when I eat I get the feeling that I am losing control. I don’t have the strength to keep myself from eating, to keep myself at the shape and size I am now. But on the other hand, when I don’t eat I feel out of control because I am keeping myself from eating which has a lot of negative effects. Such as slowing down your metabolism, stomach problems, heartburns, lack of nutrients which can cause hair loss, acne and breakouts, and nutrient deficiencies in iron, vitamins and minerals.

I want the best of both worlds, but I can’t have it and it makes me feel out of control.
